Turnaround Office Vision: Our vision is that underperforming districts and schools achieve equity and excellence for all students. Mission: The Turnaround Office believes that if you provide support and technical assistance aligned to the CSDE Turnaround Framework, then districts and schools will create systems to improve student outcomes.
