• If you need access to an application housed on the portal system please contact your LEA Security Manager.
• If the application you need access to is under “legacy system” security please visit the Data Collection Applications page. Click on the appropriate collection, then click Contact Information in the left menu.
• If you are unsure what type of application you are using, please visit the Data Collection Applications page and look for the or   symbol next to the collection name.

• If the application is housed on the portal system visit the Portal Username Reminder/Password Reset page for immediate assistance.
• If the application you need access to is under “legacy system” security please contact the Application Manager visit the Data Collection Applications page. Click on the appropriate collection, then click Contact Information in the left menu.

Visit the Data Collection Applications page. Click on the appropriate collection, all timely, accurate and freeze dates are located on the respective collections Home Page. Additionally, you can download or print the most recent Timely and Accurate Calendar which includes all Performance Office data collections.

Who can I contact if I have reviewed the information online and still have questions on an application?

Where can I get more information on the Department's data protection and privacy practices?

How do I request data from the Department?

• Please start by visiting EdSight, our data portal.
• Many of our data collection applications have reports and data set downloads built in. If you are a member of a school district with access to our applications, please contact the appropriate Application Manager for more information.
• If the data you need is more specialized and is not available via one of the above options, please complete the Data Request Form and someone will contact you.
