Effective July 1, 2012, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) were no longer required for Connecticut educator certification. Therefore, the Department currently does not have an approval process for CEUs or other professional learning providers, and a provider number is no longer needed. You may reach out to districts and professional organizations on an individual basis to offer your services.
