ANSONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT ENTRY LEVEL AND CERTIFIED

The City of Ansonia is accepting applications from both entry level, Non-Certified and Certified Police Officers for the position of Police Officer. Applicants must be eligible to meet all the requirements established by POST Council and the Ansonia Police Department including, at a minimum, that all Non-Certified candidates successfully complete a written exam (CPCA), oral board examination, physical agility (C.H.I.P.), thorough background investigation, polygraph examination, psychological interview, medical examination including drug screening, and a Chief's interview.  All our information can be found on the www.policeapp.com website.
