The Early Childhood Education Endowment Advisory Board will hold a public hearing on December 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM in Room 2A of the Legislative Office Building and via Zoom. The public hearing may be recorded and broadcast live on CT-N.com.
Individuals who wish to testify must register using the links below. The Advisory Board encourages witnesses to submit a written statement and to condense oral testimony to a summary of that statement. Speakers will be limited to three minutes of testimony. Registration will close on Monday, December 8th at 5:00 PM. Speaker order of approved registrants will be listed in a randomized order and linked under Annual Public Hearings on Tuesday, December 9th at 5:00 PM.
All public hearing testimony, written and spoken, is public information. As such, it will be made available on the Treasurer’s website and indexed by internet search engines.
