The Early Childhood Education Endowment Advisory Board will hold a public hearing on October 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Legislative Office Building, Hearing Room 2B. The public hearing may be broadcast live on CT-N.com.
Individuals who wish to testify must register using the links below. The Advisory Board encourages witnesses to submit a written statement and to condense oral testimony to a summary of that statement. Speakers will be limited to three minutes of testimony. Registration will close on Tuesday, October 20th at 5:00 PM. Pre-registration by 5pm on Tuesday October 20, 2026 is REQUIRED.
All public hearing testimony, written and spoken, is public information. As such, it will be made available on the Treasurer’s website and indexed by internet search engines.
Speaking order will be posted by 12pm on October 21, 2026.
Use the links below to register to testify either in person or virtually and to submit written testimony.
If you will be performing translation services for someone testifying virtually, please register via the Zoom link and email Jennifer.putetti@ct.gov with the name and email of the person for whom you are providing translation.
