Notification of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) The Byrne JAG program is divided into two categories: state-level and local-level funds, this Notice of Funding Opportunity is for the state-level funds. Funding Restrictions Byrne JAG funds may not be used (whether directly or indirectly) for any purpose prohibited by federal statute or regulation, including those purposes specifically prohibited by the JAG Program statute as set out at in 34 U.S.C. § 10152. Reporting Requirements Subrecipients will submit quarterly financial reports, progress reports, and performance measurement data. Reports will be submitted according to the reporting schedule below.
