How do I submit an application? Applicants will be required to submit a coversheet, narrative, and budget. Please contact Emily Burnett at Emily.Burnett@ct.gov.
How do I receive cash under my grant award? Log into Grantium, search for your grant award based on the OPM assigned naming convention, and click on the next cash request in the sequence. Fill out the required amount according to the 75% federal 25% state match requirements. Grantium will auto populate the total. Don’t forget to not only save, but to hit submit as well.
Can I pay for travel that will occur after the grant end date? No, OVW requires that all activities and expenditures occur during the grant period.
Where do I submit a quarterly expenditure report or progress report? Quarterly expenditure reports are submitted directly into Grantium. Progress reports are submitted to VAWAReports@ct.gov and/or your program administrator. Your program administrator will review the progress reports and upload them into Grantium upon administrator approval. Please see the reporting requirements tab for more information.
