Each quarter, the submissions due for that period will automatically populate in the submission queue 15 days before the end of the quarter and will be due 15 days after the end of the quarter.

At minimum, an Expenditure Report and a Progress Report will be due

If there are personnel expenditures, a Time Accountability Report will be due

If Equipment has been received during that period, a Property Inventory Report will be required
NOTE: Cash requests for funds will be initiated by the OPM program manager and submitted to the OPM business office for payment.
Federal Performance Management Tools (PMT)
As part of the reporting process, LVPT/<10k funds are required to submit a performance management tool (PMT) to the federal government that analyzes/surveys the efficiencies of the funds provided to your locality. The PMTs are due quarterly on the federal calendar and need to be submitted no more than 15 days after the end of the quarter. It is required that these reports are submitted on time to OPM (CJPPDJAG@ct.gov).
