Reporting Requirements

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

There is no quarterly reporting requirements for this grant program.  All that will needed to be submitted to the Office of Policy and Management is the Application, the 2 signature pages and the copies of the invoices and cancelled checks which will all be submitted all at once after the purchases have been completed.
