for the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) This training will be held at the Connecticut Police Training Academy located at 285 Preston Street, Meriden CT 06450. Sessions will begin at 8:00 am, and are scheduled to end by 4:30 pm.
This training will ensure your agency’s records staff are properly collecting NIBRS data that define the level of crime in your jurisdiction. We have found through informal reviews that some agencies do not classify their crime correctly, affecting the total picture of crime in the community.
