GOV. MALLOY'S SANDY HOOK ADVISORY COMMISSION TO MEET FRIDAY, RECEIVE EXPERT TESTIMONY ON AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the Sandy Hook Advisory Commission is
next scheduled to meet on Friday, January 17
, at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford, where they will receive presentations from several experts regarding issues related to autism spectrum disorders. The meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. in hearing room 1A.
The Sandy Hook Advisory Commission is Governor Malloy's 16-member panel of experts tasked with reviewing current policies and making specific recommendations in the areas of public safety, with particular attention paid to school safety, mental health, and gun violence prevention.
