THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY DISCUSSES IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAMS
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join End Hunger Connecticut, in partnership with Share Our Strength's Connecticut No Kid Hungry campaign, for a news conference at John F. Kennedy School in Windsor to highlight the importance of school breakfast programs for Connecticut students and the need to grow the programs in the state. In addition, the event will recognize John F. Kennedy School for its nearly 100% increase in participation in the school breakfast program.
