Farm-To-Chef Week
. Farm-To-Chef Week is an initiative of the Agriculture Department during which a variety of establishments create a special menu featuring one or more Connecticut-grown products. The chefs will select ingredients from the Old State House Farmers Market, the oldest in the state, and discuss their inspiration for creating farm-themed menus for the fourth annual Farm-to-Chef week September 15-21.
