SATURDAY: GOV. MALLOY PARTICIPATES IN INDIA INDEPENDENCE DAY EVENT; ATTENDS LATINO & PUERTO RICAN AFFAIRS COMMISSION SCHOLARSHIP CEREMONY
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Saturday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will make remarks at a ceremony at the State Capitol in Hartford commemorating India Independence Day, hosted by the Indian Association of Greater Hartford.
In the evening, Governor Malloy will speak at the Connecticut Latino and Puerto Rican Affairs Commission's 16th Annual Scholarship Awards Dinner, where 13 students will receive awards.
