WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY PROMOTES CONNECTICUT STATE PARKS IN MADISON, SHELTON & WATERTOWN
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will visit three Connecticut state parks in Madison, Shelton and Watertown to promote the extensive state park system, recreational opportunities, and history these locations provide in Connecticut. The Connecticut State Parks system consists of 107 state parks, 32 state forests, and 121 public boat launches, and hosts over 8 million visitors annually. This year, the Connecticut State Parks system is celebrating its centennial anniversary .
