MONDAY: GOV. MALLOY, FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LEADERS COMMEMORATE 'Q BRIDGE' SOUTHBOUND LANE SHIFT

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join federal, state and local officials at a ceremony to commemorate the lane shift of the southbound side of the new Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge on I-95 in New Haven - informally known as the "Q Bridge."
