GOV. MALLOY DIRECTS FLAGS TO FULL-STAFF AT SUNSET ON FRIDAY
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy directed flags to full-staff at sunset on Friday, March 29, 2013. Flags were flying at half-staff in honor of Marine Lance Corporal Roger W. Muchnick Jr., 23, who was killed in a training accident in Nevada. Lance Corporal Muchnick will be buried in Massachusetts on Friday.
