WEEKEND: GOV. MALLOY MEETS WITH VICE PRESIDENT BIDEN; SPEAKS AT U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS MEETING; ATTENDS PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION

(HARTFORD, CT) - This afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will have a private meeting with Vice President Joe Biden in the Vice President's office in the White House to discuss gun violence prevention.

On Saturday, Governor Malloy will be a featured speaker at the United States Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting, where he will discuss Connecticut's education reform initiatives.

On Monday, Governor Malloy will attend President Barack Obama's inauguration ceremony, followed by the inaugural parade.
