TODAY: GOV. MALLOY TRAVELS STATE TO ASSESS DAMAGE, UPDATES MEDIA ON IMPACT OF HURRICANE SANDY
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will travel around the state to assess damage caused by Hurricane Sandy.
The Governor's first stop will be at 10:15 a.m. in Newtown's Emergency Operations Center (27 Mile Hill Road South) for a meeting with First Selectman Patricia Llodra, State Representative Christopher Lyddy, and other town officials.
For continuous updates on where the Governor will be heading following that stop as the decisions are made, please monitor the Governor's Twitter account ( @GovMalloyOffice ) and Andrew Doba's Twitter account ( @AndrewDoba ).
In the evening, Governor Malloy will hold a news briefing at 6:00 p.m. from the State Emergency Operations Center in Hartford.
