FRIDAY: GOV. MALLOY SPEAKS AT STATE MANAGERS CONFERENCE; GIVES REMARKS AT SONO ICE HOUSE GRAND OPENING CEREMONY

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give remarks at the Management Advisory Council's State Managers conference in Plantsville, where he will discuss his administration's efforts to create efficiencies that save taxpayer dollars while maintaining and/or enhancing the delivery of services.

Later, Governor Malloy will give remarks at the grand opening ceremony of SoNo Ice House in Norwalk. The ice skating rink will offer a number of programs including youth and adult recreational leagues, figure skating programs, private and group lessons, and will house Norwalk's first hockey team in a half-century.
