GOV. MALLOY CELEBRATES BLACK HISTORY MONTH
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy issued a proclamation recognizing February 2012 the 36th annual Black History Month in the State of Connecticut. Black History Month has become a well-known celebration of culture and diversity that fosters appreciation of the countless contributions and achievements African Americans have made to our state and our nation.
