THURSDAY: GOV. MALLOY ATTENDS ROUNDTABLE ON CHILDHOOD HUNGER; HOLDS MONTHLY COMMISSIONERS MEETING

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will give opening remarks at a meeting of the Governor's Roundtable on Childhood Hunger, a component of the No Kid Hungry campaign in Connecticut.

Later, Governor Malloy will hold his monthly meeting with the commissioners of each state agency. Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Commissioner Patricia Rehmer and Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Daniel Esty will each give presentations with updates concerning the ongoing work at each of their respective agencies. Governor Malloy will also provide the commissioners with an update on the investigation into the emergency federal food aid program.
