TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY VISITS TOURISM DESTINATIONS IN MYSTIC TO DISCUSS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will continue his Jobs Tour with stops to two tourism destinations in Mystic. The tourism industry is one of the top five producers of jobs in the State of Connecticut.

At 11:45 a.m., Governor Malloy will visit Mystic Aquarium, followed by a 1:05 p.m. visit to Mystic Seaport. At both locations, Governor Malloy will speak with their leadership team and staff to discuss the role of the tourism industry in the state's economic development strategy, efforts to attract more visitors, and ways to increase growth and create more jobs.
