TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY CONTINUES JOBS TOUR; SPEAKS AT YOUTH VIOLENCE CONFERENCE; ATTENDS HYDROGEN BUS LAUNCH
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will continue his jobs tour by visiting with members of Aerospace Components Manufacturers at Trumpf, Inc. in Farmington. Aerospace Components Manufacturers is a network of independent Connecticut-based aerospace companies that helps capture new business opportunities for Connecticut's aerospace industry.
Following that visit, the Governor and Commissioner Smith will return to the State Capitol for a meeting with the commissioners of all state agencies at which Commissioner Smith will give a presentation concerning the efforts that she and the Governor are making to lead all aspects of state government towards job creation.
Also earlier in the day on Tuesday, Governor Malloy will give opening remarks at the Youth Violence Prevention and Positive Youth Development conference, hosted by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Justice Education Center, Inc.
Later Tuesday afternoon, Governor Malloy will attend the Greater New Haven Transit District's hydrogen bus launch ceremony in Hamden.
