GOV. MALLOY DIRECTS FLAGS BACK TO FULL STAFF AT SUNSET ON SUNDAY
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy directed U.S. and state flags to full staff at sunset on Sunday.
Flags were lowered on June 15 in honor of Army Private First Class Eric Soufrine of Woodbridge who was killed by an IED attack while on patrol in Afghanistan.
Memorial services for Pfc. Soufrine will be held Sunday.
