SUNDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY ATTENDS NEWS CONFERENCE FOR RED CROSS WORKERS IN NEW BRITAIN; ATTENDS LITCHFIELD HILLS FILM FESTIVAL SHOWING

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Sunday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will attend a news conference in New Britain being hosted by Red Cross blood collection workers who have been working without a contract for two years.

Later Sunday afternoon, Governor Malloy will attend the Litchfield Hills Film Festival showing of "In a Town This Size," a documentary film about an Oklahoma town and its long-suppressed tragedy of childhood sexual abuse. A discussion with the filmmaker, Patrick V. Brown, will follow.
