FRIDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY HOLDS POST-BOND COMMISSION MEDIA AVAILABILITY; GIVES KEYNOTE AT U.S. CONFERENCE OF MAYORS EVENT

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a media availability at the conclusion of the scheduled meeting of the State Bond Commission. Items included in the meeting's agenda invest in the revitalization of Connecticut's infrastructure, create or maintain thousands of construction-related jobs, and enhance future economic growth in the state.

On Friday afternoon, Governor Malloy will give the keynote address at the United States Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council conference in Hartford, where he will speak about his efforts to improve the business climate in Connecticut and get our state's fiscal house in order to help create new jobs and keep the ones we have.
