FRIDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY ADMINISTERS OATHS OF OFFICE TO JUDGES ESPINOSA AND HARPER

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will administer the oaths of office in two separate ceremonies to the Honorable Carmen Espinosa of Southington, who was recently confirmed to be a Judge of the Appellate Court, and the Honorable Lubbie Harper, Jr. of North Haven, who was recently confirmed to be a Justice of the Supreme Court.
