Speech Will Be Preceded By OPM Budget Briefing For Media
(HARTFORD, CT) - Governor Dannel P. Malloy will deliver his FY 2012-2013 state budget address in front of a joint session of the Connecticut General Assembly on Wednesday at noon. The Governor's address will be preceded by a budget briefing for members of the media conducted by Office of Policy & Management Secretary Benjamin Barnes.
