Issue Briefs are being prepared for each of the major managerial issues the MAC Executive Committee has placed on the agenda for resolution by the Department of Administative Services and the Office of Policy & Management. 

When a brief is completed a link to it will be placed on this page and a corresponding item will be created in the MAC Discussion Center in order to facilitate an open exchange of information and ideas on options to resolve the issue. The participation of each and every State manager in this dialogue is essential.  Please use these briefing documents to become familiar with the issues and then provide as much relevant information and critical thinking skill as you can.
