Please be advised that all online training courses, which were temporarily inaccessible on August 26 and 27, 2024 are now available. This issue has been resolved. However, users who experienced this issue while completing a training may not be able to resume from where they left off. If this is the case, users will need to restart the training and complete the course in its entirety. Mandated Reporter Program Information

Mandated reporters are required to report or cause a report to be made when, in the ordinary course of their employment or profession, they have reasonable cause to suspect or believe that a child under the age of 18 has been abused, neglected or is placed in imminent risk of serious harm. (Connecticut General Statutes §17a-101a)
