Notice of Intent to Renew Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders Medicaid Waiver.

In accordance with the provisions of section 17b-8 of the Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services (DSS) intends to submit an application to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to renew the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE) waiver. The Department’s authority to operate under the current waiver expires on September 28, 2025.

DSS is not proposing any substantive changes to the CHCPE waiver at this time.
