The TB Clinics listed below work with the TB Control Program to provide some or all aspects of TB testing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. If you are a provider, a patient’s sponsor, or a patient, you may use this list to contact a TB clinic to discuss a patient’s specific needs, including making an appointment for TB evaluation.
