The Connecticut Department of Public Health Office of Oral Health is presenting the Perinatal/Infant Oral Health Inter-Professional Summit, along with its partners, the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership and Connecticut State Dental Association. This two-day summit offers 6 CEU credits per day at no charge, and is open to medical, dental, and various health and social service professionals throughout the state.
Scheduled for May 3rd and 4th, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wallingford, this two day Summit will provide participants opportunities to learn about the importance of oral health during pregnancy and early childhood, how to incorporate evidence-based practices in the delivery of oral health care to children during early childhood, methods to communicate with patients on the need for oral health preventative and restorative dental care and current measures to prevent oral disease.
