Scope of Work:

Demolition of existing residence including all foundations and existing footer. Accomplish environmental scope by TCLP testing in conjunction with demolition. Excavation, backfill, and final grading per specification. Installation of foundation per specifications for owner to place modular unit. Provide and install site utilities to specified locations. Provide and install decks and exterior entrances for modular unit. Coordination will be necessary with Merritt Construction Services, Inc., the modular company, and the homeowner.
