Shared Clean Energy Facility (SCEF)
A solar photovoltaic Shared Clean Energy Facility cannot be located, in whole or in part, on Prime Farmland, unless it adheres to Dual Use Agrivoltaics requirements. Solar developers must sufficiently demonstrate Dual Use Agrivoltaics through submission of the information required in the links below as a condition of receiving payment under the SCEF Program.
