Connecticut Siting Council Petitions
The Department of Agriculture provides the documents linked below for use by solar energy developers when they are considering solar projects that may impact prime farmland resources. Developers should plan on DOAG review taking up to 30 days once we have the information necessary to make a determination as to whether or not the project will materially affect the status of prime farmland.
