October 17th 2025 - Targeted Violence Terrorism Prevention Symposium
The Connecticut Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention (TVTP) Symposium was a full-day event bringing together state and local officials, educators, public safety professionals, and community partners to strengthen collaboration in preventing targeted violence. The symposium featured keynote speakers, and breakout sessions exploring best practices in behavioral threat assessment and management (BTAM), interagency coordination, community awareness, and policy implementation.
