Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Application Instructions:

Please use the FEMA GO system, which is now the management system for FEMA mitigation grants. Please submit applications and manage your Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) or the Building Resilient Infrastructures and Communities (BRIC) at the FEMA GO Portal.  

Funding applications are reviewed on a nationally competitive basis. There are limited funds available for these programs. Applications whose main focus is in line with the highest Federal priorities have the best chance of being selected for further review.
