Municipal Primer

The Municipal Primer

The Municipal Primer is a collection of DEEP's resources for municipalities about environmental stewardship and environmental permitting and compliance requirements. DEEP offers technical assistance to municipalities as well as training on programs and regulatory responsibilities. DEEP also offers grants, loans, and other financial assistance to municipalities for projects that are eligible for specific funding opportunities.

The Municipal Primer is divided into three major topics: Contacts and Resources, Project Planning, and Project Type. Some resources fall under more than one topic.
