Forecast Restrictions for
Some Peak Demand Power Plant Sources

Several sources operate under trading agreements requiring them to offset emissions on days forecasted to reach the Air Quality Index (AQI) levels of Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups (USG), or worse. Contact the CTDEEP at 860-424-4152 to obtain a list of affected facilities and the specific language for any of these trading agreements.
