Policies/Bylaws

The following policy statements are provided to clarify the State Review Board’s role and standards pertaining to specific reviews under the National Register of Historic Places program.

  • Policy Statement 1 concerning reviews of eligibility status of a National Register-listed property
  • Policy Statement 2 concerning reviews of documentation for the relocation of a National Register-listed property
  • Policy Statement 3 concerning the Connecticut Native American Heritage Advisory Council (NAHAC) review of National Register nominations
