Non-Legend Drug Permit

This permit is for retailers who want to sell over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Pepto-Bismol, and others.

  Wholesale Clubs
  Gas Stations
  Dollar Stores
  Grocery Stores
  Restaurants
  Office Supply Stores

Application Fee:

• Application Fee: $140.00
• All fees are non-refundable 

• Verify a license/track your application

Renewal:

This permit expires annually on December 31st. The annual renewal fee is $100.00.
