Club – Non-profit 501(c) |
· For clubs and fraternal organizations that has members and by-laws · Allows beer, cider, wine, and spirits to be sold to members and their guests · Allows alcohol sales and room rentals to members of public, provided profits from those activities supports nonprofit mission and receipts do not exceed 15% of the club’s gross receipts |
· Submit documentation demonstrating that the business has federal nonprofit status and is exempt from federal taxes; must be registered as a bonafide non profit organization with Connecticut

Restaurant Caterer – Traditional Venue |
· Allows service of beer, cider, wine and spirits during functions, occasions or events held in the establishment · May only sell to persons invited to event and during event hours · May be open to public for events up to 16 times per year · No sleeping accommodations |

· Allows beer, cider, wine and spirits on land and in buildings where racing or jai alai exhibitions with pari-mutuel betting is done |

Café – Railroad |
· Allow the sale and public consumption of beer, cider, wine and spirits in any club, parlor, dining, buffet or lounge car of a passenger train operated in this state |

Café – Special Sporting |
· Allow the sale and public consumption of beer, cider, wine and spirits in any facility designed, constructed and used for corporate and private parties, sporting events, concerts, exhibitions, trade shows, entertainment presentations, conventions, banquets, meetings, dances, fund-raising events and similar functions · Must be located on a tract of land of not less than twenty acres containing an enclosed roofed pavilion constructed to seat not less than two hundred fifty people · May only sell to persons invited to event and during event hours |

Café – University |
· Allow the sale and public consumption of beer, cider, wine and spirits in any land or buildings controlled by an institution of higher learning |

· Allows sale of beer, cider, wine, and spirits in the premises of a casino, which is a gaming facility as recognized by Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and all other facilities, like restaurant, hotels, nightclubs, bingo halls and convention centers |

Coliseum |
· Allows sale of beer, cider, wine, and spirits in the premises in a coliseum during events · Must seat not less than 2,000 people and space used for sporting events, concerts, exhibition, trade shows, entertainment presentations or other functions · Includes structures like a soccer stadium or minor league baseball stadium that seats not less than four thousand people |

Concession |
· Allows the sale and consumption of beer or wine or canned beverages containing spirits on the premises of any fair grounds, ball park, amusement park, indoor-outdoor amphitheater, outdoor amphitheater contiguous to and under the same ownership as an amusement park, public golf course (not less than 9 holes and length of at least 2750 yards) or sports arena |

Military |

· Must be in a camp or military installation used and controlled by the Connecticut National Guard or the state guard |
Theater – Nonprofit |

Public Museum - Nonprofit |
· Allows any public museum organized for nonprofit, charitable, literary and educational purposes to sell beer, wine, cider and spirits on any day the museum is open to the public · All proceeds must benefit the public museum |
