Cottage food operators can request a product that is not already approved. A separate application must be submitted to DCP for each food product being requested. Please do not submit recipes or formulations.
The request form will be evaluated by DCP to ensure that the class of food is safe for production in a cottage food operation. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.
