Food Packaging and Labeling Workshop

The workshop is a free opportunity for professionals to learn about creating accurate and honest labels and ensuring customer safety. The event is co-sponsored by the Northeast Food and Drug Officials Association (NEFDOA) and Connecticut Consumer Protection’s Food and Standards Division.

Additional topics include allergen labeling requirements, adhering to industry standards (FDA guidelines), food safety in the workplace, sustainable packaging trends and more.

Parking Information

Parking will be in the ramp garage at 120 Capitol Avenue in Hartford, bring your parking ticket with you to be validated.  79 Elm is around the corner from the garage with the shortest way via Clinton Street to 79 Elm Street.  You will need a photo ID to access 79 Elm Street, please also allow additional time for processing at security.
