Explanation

This bulletin transmits revisions to existing policies, according to best-case practices.  These revisions include the following:   

• Address changes in placement procedures for Special Study homes regarding youth ages 14 to 16.
• Address changes in placement procedures and licensing for all children placed in a relative home.
• Change the waiver approval from Program Director to FASU Program Supervisor
• Establish an increase in foster care and subsidized guardianship rates, effective 7/1/06.
