Policy 9-16 -  Sexual Harassment Prevention And Complaint Process

Revised Policy 9-16 explains that all employees, prospective employees, volunteers, providers and all other persons have the right to work and fully participate in Department proceedings in an environment free of discrimination, including freedom from sexual harassment.
