Policy 31-12-12.3 Credentialing for Service Providers

 
Explanation This new policy explains that DCF requires the credentialing of individuals and organizations that provide specific DCF-funded services to children and their families. It further discusses the purpose and the process.
Effective Date March 7, 2011
