Connecticut Family Stability - Pay For Success (PFS) Project

With support from the Harvard Kennedy School Social Impact Bond Technical Assistance Lab, DCF is currently evaluating the feasibility of pay for success contracts and social impact bonds to improve outcomes of children and families involved in the child welfare system who are also impacted by substance abuse.
